Financial reporting and accounting standards specialist joins Arendt & Medernach

Yvan Stempneirwsky

Yvan Stempnierwsky has joined Arendt & Medernach's tax practice as of counsel in Luxembourg, where he will be in charge of the financial reporting and accounting standards practice.

Stempnierwsky advises clients on the accounting treatment of complex transactions as well as in M&As, tax matters and in real estate structures. 

Stempnierwsky has worked as of counsel at Loyens & Loeff, as a director at KPMG and a senior legal adviser at Belfox.
