The European Commission has opened a new infringement procedure against Greece after it failed to comply with a European Court of Justice (ECJ) ruling on the taxation of individuals' dividend income. However, some Greek tax specialists believe the issue has been dealt with already and that the problem lies with how company income is taxed in similar circumstances.
