Tae Hyoung Kim

Tae Hyoung is a senior tax partner specialising in transfer pricing (TP) matters for multinational enterprises across a range of industries.

He has more than 16 years of TP experience, including the establishment of global TP policies, support for mutual agreement procedures and advance pricing arrangements, tax due diligence, and tax risk assessments, as well as assistance with tax audits and tax appeals.

Before joining Yulchon, Tae Hyoung worked in KPMG Korea’s global transfer pricing services practice and Yoon & Yang’s tax practice group. He has contributed numerous transfer pricing articles to International Fiscal Association Korea.
