Selene Rangel

Selene is a Partner with Deloitte’s TP team in Monterrey, Mexico and has over 17 years of professional experience as a TP specialist. Selene’s experience as TP specialist involves coordinating global TP documentation engagements for Mexican based multinational companies contemplating economic and financial aspects, she has also assisted multinational corporations with its TP documentation for compliance and tax planning purposes in Mexico. Her expertise includes valuation of tangible and intangible assets, as well as economic and financial advisory services which involve related party transactions; and negotiating APAs for her clients with the Mexican tax authorities.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Nuevo Leon State University, and a Masters in Finance from EGADE Business School; while studying she participated in exchange programs in WP Carey School of Business, from Arizona State University and Haute École de Gestion de Fribourg, Switzerland.
