Jerome Schwartzman has joined the transaction advisory services practice in the New York office of Houlihan Lokey, an investment bank, as a director and head of M&A tax due diligence services. He is a transactional attorney with a broad range of domestic, foreign and cross-border tax due diligence and tax structuring experience for both private equity and corporate clients. He was formerly Duff & Phelps’s M&A tax services group, which he also set up.
