Biography
Rishi Agrawal is a Chartered Accountant with more than 18 years of professional experience and has advised on over 200 transaction and deal advisory engagements across India and the Middle East. His experience spans sell-side and buy-side transactions, financial due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and fundraising engagements across a broad range of industries.
He began his career with PwC India and subsequently spent more than a decade across PwC India and PwC Middle East, developing extensive expertise in transaction advisory and deal execution. He later joined Deloitte India, where he focused primarily on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, advising multinational corporations, private equity investors and sovereign wealth funds on strategic transactions and complex deal-related matters.
Throughout his career, Rishi has advised Fortune 1000 corporations, private equity funds and sovereign wealth funds on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions across the deal lifecycle. He has also assisted growth-stage and early-stage businesses in raising equity and private credit funding ranging from USD 5 million to USD 15 million from venture capital investors and family offices.
His sector experience includes insurance technology, waste management, travel, agricultural technology, consumer products and financial services.
