Biography
Deepthi Mathur has more than 17 years of professional experience, including nearly a decade specialising in transfer pricing. Her practice encompasses corporate tax, tax assessments before various forums, financial analysis and reporting, and advisory services for multinational enterprises.

Prior to joining Steadfast Business Consulting LLP, Deepthi was a member of the direct tax team at Adani Cements, where she advised on corporate tax, income tax statutory compliance, and transfer pricing matters. During her tenure, she participated in the group’s acquisition of cement businesses and supported the subsequent integration and migration process.

Before that, she spent eight years as Senior Manager, Taxation, with the Penna Group in Hyderabad, overseeing direct tax compliance across group companies operating in cement manufacturing, hydropower, and thermal power sectors, including multinational enterprise reporting obligations.

Deepthi also worked within the taxation team at IL&FS Engineering Services, supporting corporate tax compliance, and at Grant Thornton Bharat, where she served as a senior member of the transfer pricing team for the South region and was responsible for preparing transfer pricing study reports. Earlier in her career, she led the transfer pricing team at S Talwar & Co.

She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2008 and brings extensive experience in transfer pricing strategy, compliance, and controversy management across diverse industries.
