Biography
Satish Kumar Golakoti is a Chartered Accountant with more than six years of professional experience, including his articleship, in audit and assurance. Prior to joining Steadfast Business Consulting LLP, he worked as a Senior in the Assurance practice at EY India, where he gained significant experience leading audit engagements for large and complex organisations.
Satish specialises in independent financial statement audits and accounting advisory services. His experience spans audits conducted under Indian GAAP, IFRS and Ind AS frameworks, supporting clients across a range of sectors. He has led and contributed to audit engagements for manufacturing, waste management and software companies, as well as the preparation of financial statements under Ind AS and Indian GAAP.
In addition to audit execution, Satish advises clients on complex accounting treatments, issues certificates for statutory compliance requirements and develops risk control matrices to strengthen governance and internal control environments.
