Laurent is a Senior Tax Manager with over 8 years of experience within the Luxembourg tax law.
Prior to joining TS&P, Laurent was a Tax Associate in the tax practice of Baker & McKenzie Luxembourg and he carried out several internships in major Luxembourg law firms, the Luxembourg Court of Auditors as well as a Luxembourg trust company.
Laurent specializes in Luxembourg and international tax structuring matters. He advises multinational clients, mostly acting in the private equity and real estate sectors, on all aspects of Luxembourg corporate and commercial tax law. In addition, Laurent advises on Luxembourg and international tax matters in connection with corporate mergers, acquisitions and restructurings.
Laurent holds a Bachelor in Private Law, Panthéon Sorbonne (Paris I), France (2013), a Master in Tax Law, Panthéon Sorbonne (Paris I), France (2014) and an LL.M. in European and International Tax Law, University of Luxembourg (2015).
