Emilie is a Tax Director with over 17 years of experience in Luxembourg and international tax law. She has worked for over a year as Senior Tax Manager in the tax group of Baker & McKenzie’s Luxembourg office (also handling the knowledge management for the tax team), spent over 4 years within the international tax department of KPMG, worked 2 years for a Luxembourg based private banking institution and over 4 years in the Financial Services Offering tax department of Ernst & Young Luxembourg and Paris.
Emilie focuses her practice on international corporate tax advice to an international clientele during strategic transactions such as M&A, disposals, fund raising, restructuring, IP planning and project financing. She also assists private equity houses and hedge funds with various tax matters and has gained, throughout her career, significant experience in the financial services sector and in wealth management for UHNWIs.
Emilie holds a degree from the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce on Luxembourg Tax (2008) and graduated from ESSEC MBA (final year specialization: law), Business School, France in 2006.
