The full-service firm provides complex structuring advice on leading transactions, along with compliance and due diligence services. The firm advises the pharmaceutical, retail and technology sectors. Partner Sonya Manzor is head of tax and works with head of financial services tax, Ted McGrath. Fellow partners Brian Duffy and Anne Tobin comprise the senior leadership.

The firm acted for Amgen on its proposed acquisition of Horizon Therapeutics, valued at $28.3 billion. It also advised the government on a state aid case.

Associates Dorothea Turley and Rachel Gaffey joined the practice. Outgoing partner Declan Lavelle departed to DLA Piper during the research period.
