Overview

Grant Thornton’s German Transfer Pricing (TP) team continues its expansion, now including Stuttgart alongside Berlin. The team has seen strong growth in both size and revenue over the past two years. Services offered range from TP compliance, structuring, and dispute resolution to financial transactions and support for the financial services sector. Digital TP solutions include documentation and operational support. Key partners include Dr. Ludger Wellens (Dispute Resolution) and Dr. Steffen Postler (Valuation, TP Planning).

During the research period, the firm advised a leading global infrastructure fund in developing transfer pricing processes and documentation for a wind power investment, aligning functions and IP ownerships following acquisitions and international expansion. In addition, the team supported the client in the process of the tax audit including national appeals as well as Mutual Agreement Procedures.

Client Feedback

"Grant Thornton has been thorough, transparent, and consistently available throughout our collaboration, providing clear guidance and dependable support at every stage."
