Our tax professionals advise large local and foreign enterprises on their tax & legal issues and offer effective solutions to manage tax issues. Our approach combines insight and innovation from multiple disciplines with business and industry knowledge to help companies excel globally. Our tax services are fully integrated, spanning from business tax, mergers and acquisitions, global investment and innovation incentives and transfer pricing to global employer services, indirect tax, business process solutions and legal services.

In early 2019, the most eminent tax litigation lawyer joined Deloitte. His team has already dealt with landmark cases. This new addition completed the spectrum of tax offerings, highlighting that we recruit the best in everything we decide to do.

Deloitte’s transfer pricing team has more than 20 fee earners in their Athens and Thessaloniki offices. The team has expanded its service offering according to the post-BEPS environment requirements and the latest advances in tax technology. This includes restructuring, APAs and MAPs as well as Operational Transfer Pricing solutions focusing on process optimization and analytics. Fotis Tsamparlis, partner, heads the transfer pricing team.

At Deloitte, we aim to be the best at all that we do–help clients realize their ambitions; make a positive difference in society; and maximize the success of our people.
