The Baker McKenzie team in Colombia is currently acting for telecommunications clients Novator Partners LLP and Partners Telecom Colombia SAS. The two clients have recently entered the telecommunications market in Colombia under their brand WOM. As a new player in the telecommunication sector, Baker has been busy advising on matters of Transfer Pricing, foreign exchange, financial structuring, and day to day tax matters. 

In 2022 the firm has been active in recruitment bringing on new partner Juan David Velasco. Juan joins the Baker team from Posse Herrera Ruiz.
