GHAN was founded in 2014 as a tax boutique. The team specializes in tax law, corporate tax, international taxation, transfer pricing, and structuring. The practice has a record of supporting tax structuring needs in private and public investment projects. Oscar Iván González Herrera leads the group as managing partner. 

The firm is currently assisting with the transfer of asset structuring for Empresa de Acueducto y Alcantarillado regarding a waste water treatment facility in Bogota.
