Over the last research period, the firm advised Colombian investors on an agribusiness investment. The firm drafted documents, transaction agreements, well as doing the tax structuring for the deal. The firm has also been active in the private client arena, participating in over 20 wealth management projects in Colombia. These matters included; the review of personal and corporate asset investments, reviewing business structures, the application of double taxation treaties and OECD compliance.
