Arthur Cox sends Hurley to New York

Conor Hurley, head of tax for Arthur Cox, is moving to the Dublin firm’s New York office. Hurley, who also chairs the firm’s US group, will make the switch next June.

Hurley advises on the tax aspects of international and domestic M&A, intellectual property and information technology, financial products, repackagings and structured finance, banking, capital markets, investment funds, corporate recovery, insolvency, restructuring and other areas.

Ailish Finnerty, the tax partner based in New York now, will return to Dublin when her three-year stint is up in March.
