Bech-Bruun gets bigger

Bech-Bruun and Philip will have a tax practice of 18 fee earners when the two Danish firms merge on January 1.

Anders Oreby Hansen, of Bech-Bruun, will be the head of the tax group, which is adding one partner, Thomas Frøbert, and one associate from Philip. Frøbert specialises in energy tax and VAT. The group is a member of the Taxand global network of independent tax firms.

The combined firm, which will be known as Bech-Bruun, will have 275 lawyers.
