Deloitte Ireland adds two new tax partners

Karen Frawley and Daryl Hanberry have been made partners in Deloitte Ireland’s tax department, as part of the firm’s latest round of promotions to the partnership, which saw six others move up in other departments.

Frawley has 17 years of experience working with multinationals investing in Ireland, as well as advising Irish-based groups on outbound investments. She is an associate and council member of the Irish Taxation Institute, and is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.

As a member of the firm’s international tax group, she also has plenty of experience in corporate group reorganisations, business model optimisation advisory, M&A, due diligence and tax efficient intellectual property structures.

Hanberry has 12 years of experience in tax, working with clients in consumer business, manufacturing and technology. He has previously worked for Deloitte in the UK and US.

He specialises in global employer services, lending advice on executive remuneration, M&A, international mobility issues and employment tax. He is also experienced in structuring US investment into Ireland.
