Hogan Lovells bolsters corporate and investment funds practice

Hogan Lovells have taken on Babak Nikravesh as a partner of the firm's corporate practice group in the Silicon Valley and San Francisco offices. He is joined by Paul Downs who will joins the firm's corporate practice group in New York.

The duo have worked together for 15 years. They have advised clients on a range of complex corporate and tax matters. 

Nikravesh joins Hogan Lovells from Jones Day. He also previously worked at Heller Ehrman. He specialises in the corporate and tax aspects of domestic and cross-border investments, M&A, and joint ventures.
