Linklaters promotes two new tax partners in Paris and Munich

Cyril Boussion will become a tax partner at Linklaters in Paris, with Jann Jetter taking the same position in Munich.

Boussion covers all aspects of national and international tax and is especially active in M&A transactions, having advised both listed and non-listed companies on the tax implications of deals.

Jetter has advised companies on tax-oriented group structuring and the structuring of international M&A transactions as well as holding a Doctorate from the University of Stuttgart-Hohenheim.

The promotions take effect on May 1 2016.
