Berwin Leighton Paisner promotes tax duo

Matthew Poole and Paul Shaw are both set for promotion at Berwin Leighton Paisner in London. The senior associates will join the partnership from May 1.

Poole specialises in all aspects of corporate taxation, including direct and indirect taxation, and cross-border transactions.

Shaw focuses on property and corporation tax, specialising in corporate transactions.
