Marc Sanders moves from Taxand Netherlands to EY

Marc Sanders and three members of his team have moved to EY in Amsterdam from Taxand Netherlands as of November 1.

Joining Sanders in EY’s transaction tax team will be Frank Buitenwerk, associate partner, Roos Jongeneel, manager, and Timo Boon, senior. The four will focus on Dutch M&A deals, specialising in private equity funds.
