David Lewis and Mark Prater join PwC US

PwC has added David Lewis and Mark Prater to its US tax practice.

Lewis, who joins after almost 30 years at Eli Lilly & Co, has become a managing director of PwC’s tax policy services group within the Washington national tax practice.

Prater also joined the same group from the Senate Finance Committee as a managing director. He was the deputy staff director and chief tax council in the committee.
