DLA Piper Austria recruits from finance ministry

People move big

Norbert Roller has joined DLA Piper Weiss-Tessbach’s tax practice in Vienna as of counsel.

Roller started his new role on October 1 and his advice is expected to focus on transfer pricing, international tax law and BEPS.

Previously, Roller worked as a consultant for international tax law for the World Bank and at the Austrian Ministry of Finance from 2005 to 2016. In the latter role he was an official delegate to the OECD for matters concerning transfer pricing and aggressive tax planning.

He is a frequent contributor to tax publications and lectures on international tax law at FH Campus Vienna.
