Alvarez & Marsal expands on West Coast

Alvarez & Marsal’s practice in San Francisco is getting bigger with the hire of Blake Davis as managing director.

Davis has been advising multinationals on international tax issues for 18 years, including advising on structuring new country investments, foreign tax credit planning, M&A and US income tax deferral.

Before joining A&M, Davis worked at Deloitte for 12 years, based in the San Francisco office, and before that he was with Arthur Andersen, again in San Francisco.
