Davis has been advising multinationals on international tax issues for 18 years, including advising on structuring new country investments, foreign tax credit planning, M&A and US income tax deferral.
Before joining A&M, Davis worked at Deloitte for 12 years, based in the San Francisco office, and before that he was with Arthur Andersen, again in San Francisco.
