Lehtimaja steps up to partner

Antti Lehtimaja will become a partner of Krogerus, the Finnish law firm, on April 1 2012. He has been head of tax since autumn 2010 and is a specialist on tax and structuring issues in private equity and venture capital.

Lehtimaja will be joined in the practice on March 19 by Eija Kuivisto, who will be counsel. He has more than 20 years’ experience with firms such as Ernst & Young and Deloitte and organisations such as the Finnish Tax Administration and the Ministry of Finance.
