Kirkland adds to tax partners

Two lawyers have joined the partnership of Kirkland & Ellis

Thad Davis, who practises in Chicago, focuses on the tax aspects of bankruptcy and restructuring as well as complex M&A.

Angela Russo becomes a partner in the Hong Kong office. She advises clients on transactions such as domestic and cross-border M&A and leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, recapitalisations and debt and equity restructurings, securities issuances, bankruptcy and restructuring, and investment fund formation.
