Australian AAT denies GST refund for Clontarf

The Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) in Brisbane has upheld the Commissioner of Taxation’s decision that the taxpayer was not entitled to a goods and services tax (GST) refund, having applied for the refund more than four years after the relevant tax periods.
