Kumar joins Archer & Angel

Gagan Kumar has joined Indian law firm Archer & Angel as a partner.

Kumar joins from Amarchand & Mangaldas and has more than 13 years of experience in international tax.

He has advised a number of domestic and international companies on tax issues relating to corporate tax, transfer pricing, mergers and restructurings. He also handles litigation matters at various levels up to the Supreme Court.
