New Portugal firm: RRP Advogados

RRP Advogados

Ricardo Pereira has opened a new full-service law firm in Portugal with an international focus.

RRP Advogados is a member firm of the EY Global Law network. The firm already has 11 lawyers, four which joined from Linklaters in Portugal with Pereira. 

Before opening RRP Advogados, Pereira was managing associate at Linklaters and headed the real estate practice for the past two years. 

He specialises in tax arbitrage, structured finance, private equity tax structuring and restructuring indebtedness.
