Garrigues broadens Chile tax practice

Jose Domingo Peñafiel

José Domingo Peñafiel has joined Garrigues's tax practice as an associate in Santiago, Chile.

Peñafiel has extensive experience advising domestic and foreign clients on corporate tax matters. 

Peñafiel worked as a tax policy advisor at the Chilean Ministry of Finance in 2010 to 2014, he has also practiced at firms such as Claro, Avendaño Merino, and Echeverría, Ilharreborde & Peñafiel.
