Travers Smith promotes senior associate

Elena Rowlands has been promoted to partner at Travers Smith in London, effective from July 1.



Rowlands specialises in all tax matters relating to asset management, including the structuring and operation of investment funds with private equity, debt, infrastructure and real estate funds. 

Her recent roles have included advising the Pensions Infrastructure Platform on the formation of the PiP Multi-Strategy Infrastructure Fund and SV Life Sciences on the formation of the Dementia Discovery Fund.

Rowlands started as an associate at Travers Smith in 2006.
