Raúl Hidalgos new

Raúl Hidalgo has been promoted to partner at Rodrigo, Elias & Medrano in Lima, Peru.

Hidalgo started at the firm in January 2003 as an intern before going on to become an attorney.

He specialises in administrative tax proceedings, advises domestic and international companies on general tax matters, conducts audits and assists in infrastructure investment projects.
