Marshall Rothstein QC, former Supreme Court of Canada Justice, has joined Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt in Vancouver.

Rothstein’s legal career began as a commercial litigator in private practice and spanned a 23-year tenure on the bench, with the past nine years at Canada’s highest court.
