Heléna Klumpp joins Ivins, Phillips & Barker

Heléna Klumpp has joined Ivins, Philips & Barker as a partner in its Washington office.

Before joining Ivins, Philips & Barker Klumpp was vice president and head of tax for Baxter International. In this capacity, she co-led the internal team responsible for the tax structuring and functional division of resources of Baxter’s bioscience division, Baxalta Inc.

Klumpp’s main practice area of expertise is complex corporate tax, including cross-border transactions and spin-offs.
