Alvarez & Marsal hires new managing directors in the US

Alvarez & Marsal Taxand has hired Jay Helverson and Rick Gardner, and several professionals from their team, from WTS US.

Helverson and Gardner are known for their practice in M&A, inbound international tax know-how, bankruptcy taxation, income tax accounting and general tax advisory.

Joining along with the duo are Gerry Beach, Dylan Jeannotte and Lee Zimet, who will become senior directors and will bring with them several other staff to Alvarez & Marsal’s Morristown, New Jersey and Boston offices.
