Latham & Watkins hires Jean Pawlow

Latham & Watkins has appointed Jean Pawlow as partner of the firm’s tax controversy practice, covering Washington DC and Silicon Valley.

Pawlow has nearly 30 years of experience in tax disputes. She joins from McDermott Will & Emery and has a successful track record in tax cases for financial institutions, high-tech companies and industrial manufacturers. This includes a broad range of tax controversy matters, such as accounting, insurance, financial instruments, transactions and tax credits.
