Alvarez and Marsal makes London hire

jason clatworthy

Jason Clatworthy will join Alvarez and Marsal Taxand as a managing director serving clients in the US, UK and Europe.

He will also be global lead of the firm’s infrastructure investment services division.

Clatworthy has worked in corporate and international tax for more than 25 years. He was previously Deloitte’s tax lead for European mergers and acquisitions and global infrastructure and capital projects. He also led Deloitte’s infrastructure investors team, which he founded in 2006.
