RSM appoints tax partners in London and Birmingham

The firm has appointed two tax partners in London and a VAT partner in Birmingham.

Sheena McGuinness joins the firm’s London office, where she will work on all aspects of corporate taxation. She is a specialist in the energy and technology sectors, and has worked in-house as well as in private practice.

Paul Clark joins the firm after two decades in Big 4 firms. He will specialise in taxation matters relating to the private-equity market and will also be based in London.

Peter Williams, who began his career at HMRC, joins the firm’s Birmingham office as a VAT partner. He is RSM’s third non-London tax partner.
