Walkers hires Jonathan Sheehan for Dublin office

Jonathan Sheehan has joined Walkers Ireland as a partner and head of the tax group in Dublin.

Sheehan advises clients on a wide range of areas including structured finance and capital markets, financial services, investment funds, private equity, corporate, banking and real estate. He also has extensive experience in advising on corporate migrations, cross-border mergers and loan portfolio sales and acquisitions.


He was formerly a member of Arthur Cox's tax group.
