Giuilio Andreani has joined Dentons as a partner in the tax practice in Milan, Italy.

He joins along with a team of five, including senior counsel Giuseppe Ferrara, senior associates Irene Avanzini and Giacomo D’Angelo and associates Erika Andreani and Valeria Andreani.

Andreani is highly experienced in litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring and insolvency. Recently, he advised on the tax structuring of the sale of Winery Biondi Santi to French investors.
