Fasken has hired Maureen Berry as a partner in its Toronto-based tax group.

Berry joins Fasken from Goodmans. She was the head of the firm’s personal tax and estates advisory group. Berry specialises in estate planning, domestic and international trusts, as well as corporate tax and executive compensation.
