Pinheiro Neto elects two new tax partners

Andrea Mascitto and Ana Carolina Carpinetti have been promoted to partners in the tax practice of the Brazilian firm.

The two individuals, who will both focus on tax litigation, are part of seven individuals elected to partner, effective January 1.

Mascitto is a specialist in alternative dispute resolution.

Carpinetti, who has practised extensively in technology law, will concentrate on the taxation of technology companies.
