Alvarez & Marsal Taxand adds two senior directors in Denver and New York

Jon de Jong and Louis Mancini have joined Alvarez & Marsal Taxand, an affiliate of the global firm Alvarez & Marsal, as senior directors.

Jon de Jong will join the tax practice in Denver. He has more than 20 years of global M&A tax advisory experience in both strategic and private equity investments, and has worked on many high level in-house transactions.

Mancini joins the New York team from PwC, where he served as a director in the firm’s M&A tax practice. He has more than 13 years of experience advising businesses on state and local tax matters. Mancini focuses on tax due diligence, deal structuring, cash tax modelling and the integration of acquired businesses for state tax efficiencies.
