Deloitte hires new US pass-through leader

Big 4 firm Deloitte has hired Jennifer Ray as leader of the pass-throughs group in its Washington national tax practice.

Ray joins from Crowell & Moring, where she worked for almost 12 years and served as a tax partner. She joined Crowell & Moring after earning her JD from Harvard Law School.

Ray advises clients on the tax aspects of corporate and partnership transactions, including tax planning, particularly executive compensation and employee benefits matters. She has worked with a wide range of businesses in such sectors as energy, healthcare and financial services.
