McDermott Will & Emery has responded to the increasingly complex US tax environment by hiring three state and local tax lawyers.

Charles Moll and Troy Van Dengen will work for the firm in the its San Francisco office, while Marcy Jo Mandel will work for McDermott in Los Angeles.
