Gill Aitken, top adviser and head of the solicitor’s office and legal services at the HMRC, is moving to a new role as registrar at the University of Oxford.

The litigation practice had a very successful run with Aitken at the helm and last year won 22 out of 26 tax avoidance litigation cases.
