Proskauer hires Jeremy Naylor in New York

Jeremy Naylor has joined the New York tax practice of Proskauer, an international firm specialising in investments, as a partner.

Naylor has previously advised on tax issues in the fields of private equity, hedge funds, real estate and venture capital, making him a good fit for Proskauer’s tax team, which is adept in dealing technical advice for funds and other clients.

Naylor’s clients include institutional investors, pension trusts, government investors and various tax-exempt organisations.
