Orrick has promoted Wolfram Pohl to partner at its tax team in San Francisco. Pohl is one of 19 new partners appointed by the firm.

As a tax adviser Pohl, has worked closely with the firm’s energy and infrastructure divisions, particularly in structuring transactions to take advantage of tax credits, grants, depreciation and other benefits. He has advised clients on a variety of tax issues including equity and debt financing, public offerings, M&A and real estate transactions.
